Payment Processing

qBitTensor Labs Processing handles credit card transactions for qBitTensor Labs products and services. Currently, this includes challenge submission fees on the Enigma platform (Subnet 63).

How It Works

When you pay a challenge submission fee on the Enigma platform, the transaction is processed by qBitTensor Labs Processing. Your payment covers the fees required to submit your solution, allowing you to participate in Enigma challenges without interacting directly with the Bittensor ecosystem.

Payment Provider

qBitTensor Labs Processing partners with Stripe to securely process all credit card transactions. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor -- the highest level of certification in the payment card industry. When you enter your payment details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe's infrastructure and never touch our servers.

Stripe supports all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Depending on your region, additional payment methods may be available.

Statement Descriptor

Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as qBitTensor Labs or shortened to QBTL.

Refund Policy

All transactions processed by qBitTensor Labs Processing are final. We do not offer refunds for challenge submission fees. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is non-refundable.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.

Accepted Currencies

All prices are displayed and charged in USD. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee. This fee is determined by your card issuer, not by qBitTensor Labs.
